We are proud to announce that we have been appointed to redesign the Sun Savers app. After a competitive start, we are set with the tasks of improving usability and making features more user-friendly.

Product development began July of this year with our aim to go live at the end of 2018. For the project, we are implementing the use of cutting-edge open source technology. We have been entrusted with managing content, promotions and automating user journeys functionality with ease of access.

Justine Salter, Head of Loyalty at News UK commented:

“Red Badger were chosen because of their design and build capability, their knowledge of React Native and collaborative ways of working.”

In response to this exciting project, Managing Director Ben McLeod said:

“We’re delighted to be working on this hugely popular product with News UK. The work we’re doing will make it easier to use for both readers and the marketing team as they aim to grow their loyalty scheme.”

Working on the Sun Savers app, we aim to grow the pre-existing loyalty scheme of readers. This venture is relevant more than ever as keeping up to date with digital transformation is essential in the sudden but eventual dying age of print. We are very eager to develop the Sun Savers app in moving a step forward into digital transformation and help give an incentive in keeping traditional forms of media.
