Avivah Wittenberg-Cox, CEO of 20-first, and Cain share a passion for building balanced businesses, promoting diversity and a culture of belonging. Cain has been writing and speaking on the topics of gender balance and cognitive diversity for a number of years – with the recent pandemic and social unrest these issues have become even more urgent. Avivah is one of the most prominent thought leaders in the balanced business space. She’s a regular contributor to the Harvard Business Review and Forbes. Her book, Why Women Mean Business, was awarded the MANPOWER Best Book of the Year Prize. Her recent Forbes article ‘What Do Countries With The Best Coronavirus Responses Have In Common? Women Leaders’ has been shared more than 8 million times and sparked a global conversation. 

As an advisory board member, Cain will be working with 20-first to raise the volume and visibility of their advocacy for building balance in business.
