As the business continues to grow with a stand-out position in the market, it looks set to multiply future revenues by driving new demand and expanding its reach. Pivotal in that drive is the new appointment of Olga Loyev as a Managing Director.

 Olga boasts over 15 years’ experience of consulting in digital product delivery and large-scale digital transformation in Telecom, Retail, Government, Media and Financial Services sectors. Having been with Red Badger for almost 8 years, Olga Loyev has seen the firm grow to over 130 employees from 15 when she joined. Her promotion further adds to the strong roster of women in senior positions at Red Badger, as the firm executes on its strategy to achieve a 50/50 gender balance by the end of 2024. 

 In her previous role as a Delivery Director, Olga has led some of Red Badger’s most successful transformation programmes for globally recognised brands. Her knowledge and expertise executing in challenging environments with teams spanning the globe will be instrumental in her new role as she leads a business unit responsible for multiple strategic client engagements.

In recent years, Olga has led the set up of an agile delivery framework and digital capabilities from 1 team in London to 24+ teams across 7 global locations for one of the world’s largest banks. She has also orchestrated the launch of a self-service digital estate for a global media company resulting in a 200% increase in the volume of users helped online. 

 Olga managed the implementation and transformation of a retail estate for one of the largest online home shopping retailers in the UK. And consulted on technology, data and operational strategy for the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) resulting in the fastest ever new digital product launch for the client in just 8 weeks.

 A pivotal role for the next phase of Red Badger’s growth, the Managing Director position Olga now takes up will see her take a seat in the leadership team to define the future direction of the firm.

Olga has lived and worked in multiple countries around the world, including Ukraine, Italy, Egypt, the United States and the UK. These varied experiences had Loyev’s background and history with the firm make her the ideal person to help it evolve.
