Two world-leading experts in the field of gender balance and purpose-led business practice join Red Badger’s Advisory Board

Avivah Wittenberg-Cox, a global expert in gender balance, and Manny Amadi, MVO, a purpose-led business expert, have joined Red Badger’s Advisory Board.


Avivah Wittenberg-Cox, a global expert in gender balance, and Manny Amadi, MVO, a purpose-led business expert, have joined Red Badger’s Advisory Board.

Avivah Wittenberg-Cox is a global expert on all things gender balance. She is the CEO of 20-first, a global consulting firm working with companies interested in capturing the competitive advantage of gender, nationality, and generational balance. Her ground-breaking thought leadership is accessible through several seminal books and regular contributions to Harvard Business Review and Forbes. She’s given several TEDx talks, has been recognised by ELLE Magazine as one of the Top 40 Women Leading Change, and was recently celebrated by PWN Global with a Lifetime Achievement Award for Gender Balanced Leadership. Her book, Why Women Mean Business, was awarded the MANPOWER Best Book of the Year Prize.

Manny Amadi, named ‘a responsible business guru’ by Guardian, is a trusted advisor to some of the world's foremost companies, non-governmental organisations, trusts & foundations, and high-impact philanthropists. With a passion for placing societal consideration at the heart of business purpose and shareholder value-creation, Manny has worked in an advisory capacity on a wide range of issues with leading multi-national companies,  international agencies and NGOs, including UNICEF, Greenpeace, and WWF amongst many others. He advises various local, national and international NGOs in a voluntary capacity and has a particular commitment to working to advance the interests of young people around the world. Manny is Member of the Royal Victorian Order (MVO). 

At Red Badger, Avivah and Manny will work with the leadership team to build and expand on Red Badger’s strategic capabilities, as well as work with the client teams to ensure businesses unlock the value of both gender-balanced teams and purpose-led business practice. 

Avivah and Manny join the existing board of advisors consisting of Dr Chris Brauer, Director of Innovation at Goldsmiths, University of London, Kevin Jenkins, former MD of Visa UK and Ireland, Caroline Carruthers, data expert and author of Data-Driven Business Transformation,  Paul Cutter, CIO of Flutter and Nicola Horlick, CEO of Money&Co.
